About

Qualifications

McMullen Athletics is owned and operated by Blake McMullen. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology as an Exercise and Fitness Specialist, and with over three years of personal training experience, he’s trained hundreds of clients towards achieving their goals. My training combines a principle-based approach with my sports background, including Box and Field Lacrosse, Weightlifting, and Black Belt in Taekwondo.

I focus on making training programs that involve a holistic approach and focuses on building trust in the coach-client relationship. My coaching style emphasizes integrating fitness as a part of my client’s lives and prioritizes long-term sustainability over short-term success. This holistic approach helps clients achieve their goals inside and outside the gym.
